Bright & Beautiful Girl Project (B&B Project) was co-founded by Chenxi Ouyang and Juliet Zheng in 2013 in China. It is the first non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the psychological well-being of adolescent girls living in under-resourced areas in China through embodied arts and rites of passage.
B&B Project believes that all girls are bright and beautiful because they carry the soul of the universe with beauty and grace. Their support uplift new generations of Chinese young women by supporting them in building self-confidence, breaking myths and stereotypes, and coping with physical and psychological changes throughout their adolescence. Since B&B Project began, their programs have reached thousands of young women across the country.
